The responsibility, love, and care you give your dog will be returned many times in the years ahead HEALTH GUARANTEE *Buyer agrees to have pup examined by licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of transfer, in order to validate Health Guarantee. * If at this time pup is found to be in ill health, and the cause is clearly attributed to Real Deal Chocolates, we will replace THE pup, provided the condition is sufficiently serious in the opinion of a qualified veterinarian. It will need to be validated by our veterinarian and the pup will need to be returned to us AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE. * Real Deal Chocolates will guarantee the pup to be current on all vaccinations and de-wormed.  At the time of transfer, all puppies bought from Real Deal Chocolates are guaranteed to be free from communicable diseases, as well as any other life threatening illnesses. * Should the puppy have a life threatening health or genetic defect within 1 year of signing this agreement,  the dog may be returned with a written diagnosis from  a licensed veterinarian, and concurred by our veterinarian, another puppy shall be provided as a replacement. (All shipping costs are responsibility of Buyer.) * Real Deal Chocolates cannot be held responsible for health defects due to Buyer's negligence regarding vaccinations and worming and veterinarian checkups after date of sale.
